Jenna McKinney

Jenna McKinney is one of three founding Partners at BlackPoint Creative. Growing up in rural Montana was instrumental in developing Jenna’s competitive and undefeatable work ethic.  It also provided her with the ability to embrace challenges. Jenna’s professional endeavors have flourished as a result of those life experiences. Her work ethic is an example of what dedication and a desire to excel at your profession looks like.

Jenna is the “best of the best” in business development and marketing. In 1996, Jenna was hand selected to develop and implement Norwest Bank’s first nationwide phone bank marketing operation. Jenna was also part of the original team which developed client scripting and direct marketing strategies with aggregated data. During her tenure at Norwest, Jenna became a subject-matter expert in every sales product offered in consumer banking, and continually met and exceeded Norwest sales goals.

Jenna has also been active in politics, serving as the GOP Chair in Yellowstone County, the most populated county in Montana. In 2016 she was appointed as Campaign Coordinator for all of Montana’s 2016 Statewide Candidates (Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Auditor, and Office of Public Instruction). In this important role, Jenna was charged with scheduling statewide events, organizing and managing volunteers for campaign events, campaign functions, and GOTV efforts. That same year Jenna was also elected to join the Montana Delegation at the Republican National Convention. Immediately following, Jenna had the distinct honor to serve United States Senator, Steve Daines, as his representative at meetings, conferences and various events, and working on special strategic projects. She was also tasked with maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders, and federal, state, and local elected officials and securing local support for the Senator’s legislative priorities.

In her role at BlackPoint Creative, Jenna is focused on public relations, marketing and IP targeting for political campaigns, associations, and industry. She is also the founder and president of Montana Consulting Services. Jenna stands out from her peers with her knowledge, creativity, experience, attitude and desire to always be learning. She goes above and beyond what is expected and does what is necessary to make sure that every client has a favorable impression.

Perhaps Jenna greatest skill is the ability to successfully work in the most challenging environments and craft a positive outcome. Jenna excels at developing new methods for attracting business, being big picture focused and yet offers detail oriented strategies with an eye on results. She is smart, energetic, hardworking and imaginative in developing thoughtful plans to achieve agreed goals. Jenna is always willing to go the “extra mile” to get any job finished. She is trustworthy, intelligent, charming, and a person of high character.

Jenna is an honors graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. From 2011 through 2013, she had the honor of being a juris doctorate candidate at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law at the University of Michigan.
